This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of orders and the return/refund of products purchased from Rj Papillon Multitrade Pvt Ltd.


 
1. Order Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation by the Customer
  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped or enters the ‘Packaging’ stage.

  • After Shipment: Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return request as per the Return Policy (Section 2).

B. Cancellation by Rj Papillon Multitrade Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, which may include:

  • Product unavailability (out of stock).

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or product information.

  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

  • Logistical constraints in your area.

In the event of an order cancellation by us, any payments already made by you will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.


 

2. Return & Replacement Policy
A. General Return Window

Most products are eligible for a return/replacement within [7/10/15] days of delivery, provided the item is received in a damaged, defective, or ‘materially different’ condition from what was ordered.

B. Conditions for Valid Return/Replacement

For a return/replacement to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original, undamaged brand packaging (if applicable).

  • Any promotional gifts or bundled items received with the order must also be returned.

C. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are excluded from the return policy due to their nature, including:

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

  • Perishable goods, flowers, or specific food items.

  • Digital products, gift cards, or services.

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or certain personal care/hygiene products.

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, and the return is approved, your refund will be initiated.

The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the original payment method:

C. Deductions
  • For returns due to a defect or error on our part (damaged/wrong product), the refund will be full (product price + shipping charges, if any).

  • For returns due to a change of mind or customer error, the original shipping charges and a nominal restocking fee (if applicable and stated on the product page) may be deducted from the refund amount.


 

4. How to Initiate a Cancellation or Return

To initiate a cancellation or return, please:

  1. Log in to your Rj Papillon Multitrade Pvt Ltd account.

  2. Go to the “Your Orders” section.

  3. Select the order you wish to cancel or return.

  4. Follow the prompts for “Cancel Order” or “Return/Replace Item”.
